These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Acorn Behavioral Health LLC, doing business as Acorn Mental Health (“Acorn Mental Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Messaging Program

The Acorn Mental Health messaging program provides general conversational and service-related communications. Messages may include responses to questions, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, billing notifications, account information, and other administrative support related to our services.

SMS messaging is not intended for emergencies, crisis intervention, or time-sensitive clinical needs. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, account activity, and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and messages sent by you to us.

3. Opting Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message sent by Acorn Mental Health. You may also update your communication preferences through your client portal.

After you reply STOP, we will send one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you later provide consent and enroll again.
